Walden Village In-The-Berkshires is a community of 66 homes on Walden Lane and Alcott Lane in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Our neighborhood includes beautiful grounds, an outdoor pool, and tennis courts that are available to all residents.
In the 1980’s, the developer / builder created a community similar to a residential planned unit development, which has some important differences from a typical residential condominium development. Each owner owns their own lot and invests in the Walden Village Club, our homeowners association (HOA). All owners agree to abide by the regulations and bylaws of the Walden Village Club. Our homeowners association is managed entirely by resident volunteers.
